We are glad to announce the conduct of the 2024 CIOF 1st General Membership Meeting and Conference (GMMC) on 21 March 2024 in Quezon City, Metro Manila, with the theme “Mobilizing Government CIOs Toward a Holistic Approach to Digital Transformation”.
The CIOF and the CIOFF, in cooperation with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), is organizing this event to equip government CIOs and ICT leaders, with an understanding of the Philippine ICT roadmap and appreciate the progress of the government’s ICT programs and projects. Furthermore, the event will also bring various industry partners to give insights into how the government sector can leverage the technologies offered by the ICT industry to accelerate and realize the digital transformation of government.
With this, we are pleased to invite you and your other ICT leaders and managers, to take this opportunity to co-learn and connect with ICT leaders and professionals from government and the private sector. The main speakers are the DICT Secretary himself and his undersecretaries who are in-charge of the formulation and the implementation of ICT policies, plans and programs.
Moreover, the creation and activation of the CIO Council and the role of therein of the designated agency CIOs will be discussed.
