In coordination with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), together with the CIO Forum and the CIOF Foundation, we are pleased to announce this year’s National Information and Communications Technology (NICT) Summit 2026, to be held on June 22 and 23, 2026 at The Manila Hotel, with the theme: “Strengthening Public Trust in Government Through Technology and Innovation.”.

The NICT Summit is part of the annual celebration of the National ICT Month, pursuant to Proclamation No. 1521, Series of 2008, which designates the month of June as National ICT Month. The enactment of Republic Act No. 12254, or the E-Governance Act, together with the recent issuance of its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), marks a significant reform in public sector modernization, underscoring the strategic role of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), in enhancing public service delivery, fostering innovation, and driving national development.

The Summit will be an opportunity for ICT stakeholders in government and in the private sector to consolidate and continue fostering a culture of innovation and empowerment to sustain the gains achieved in the government’s digital transformation effort.
